Editing a Speed Dial Number

1 Click beside the machine icon, and then click “Speed Dial”.

2 From the list that is displayed, double-click the speed dial number to be

edited.

" If a programmed speed dial number is selected, the information

can be changed.

" When editing the information, the “Cut”, “Copy”, “Paste” and

“Delete” commands on the “Edit” menu can be selected.

Programming a Group Dial Number

1 Click beside the machine icon, and then click “Group”.

2 From the list that is displayed, double-click the group dial number to be

programmed.

" A maximum of 9 group dial numbers can be programmed.
